Delivery

All orders are sent with Royal Mail 24 or 48 tracked or Parcelforce 24 or 48.  We reserve the right to send the parcels with a different courier if we need to.

Express delivery

If you choose next day delivery then your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Parcelforce 24 within one working day of the order being placed.  Please note that couriers no longer guarantee next day delivery.  We will pay the courier for this service and they will do their best to deliver it the following day.  This is an express service, not a guaranteed next day service.

We reserve the right to send with another express courier if we need to.

152cm rolls of film

If you order a roll of film which is 152cm wide then this will need to go by Parcelforce 48 Large service which has an extensive surcharge.  Unfortunately, we have to pass this on to you.  You will see this delivery cost during checkout.

Outside mainland UK

If you live outside of mainland UK then there may be extra costs or delays in delivery.  These include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Chanel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isle of Scilly and some other remote locations.  If you are unsure if your postcode is classed as a remote area then please go to checkout and add your postcode. It will advise if there is any postage cost.
