Coolkote keeps your conservatory cool. Most of the heat comes through the conservatory roof. Coolkote reflects this heat before it enters the conservatory. It’s one of a very few films that are suitable for polycarbonate as well as glass. Window film can be a better choice than blinds. With blinds, the heat already enters the conservatory and warms up the gap between the blind and the roof. It then radiates that heat back into the conservatory. Blinds also attract dust and dead bugs. Coolkote window film is maintenance-free and requires no special cleaning. By reflecting the glare from your conservatory it allows you to sit in comfort. Whether you want to read a book, watch TV or work on your laptop or tablet it helps to keep the glare off the screen. Coolkote stops 99% of harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays, protecting your family’s skin. You have probably already noticed that the interior of your conservatory fades very quickly when the sun comes out. Within weeks it can bleach the colour from carpets, wooden flooring, curtains and other furnishings. The film reduces this fading significantly. It’s self-adhesive so there is no risk of making a mess. When installing to a conservatory roof it is a two-person installation.
