A sprayer is essential because it allows you to apply an even coating of water or installation solution to the glass. This liquid layer prevents the film’s adhesive from bonding immediately, giving you time to position and adjust the film. The moisture also makes it easier to squeegee any air bubbles later, helping you achieve a smooth finish. Without a sprayer, it’s difficult to wet the glass evenly.

We recommend using a proper window film application solution or a mix of water with a small amount of mild detergent. These provide the right level of slip to help the film move into place and stick correctly. Make sure you clean your sprayer after using it.

After each use, empty any remaining solution and rinse the container with clean water. Spray a small amount of water through the nozzle to clear out any residue, then store the sprayer in a cool, dry place. This prevents buildup that could clog the nozzle and ensures your sprayer is ready to use the next time you need it.
