Payments & Safety

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3), Apple Pay, and Google Pay for added convenience.

  • Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store any payment card details on our servers.

  • Yes, for online purchases we offer Klarna Pay in 3, which allows you to split your purchase into three equal payments with no interest or fees (subject to approval). Klarna terms and conditions apply.

  • Yes, all prices listed on our website include VAT where applicable.

  • Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • We do not currently accept payments over the phone for security reasons. All orders must be placed online via our secure checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery on all UK orders. Some exclusions may apply to large or oversized items, which will be clearly
    noted at checkout.

  • Yes, we deliver nationwide across the UK, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales.

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive
    within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Custom or pre-cut orders may take slightly longer due to processing times.

  • We currently only ship within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact our customer support team.

  • Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • Please inspect your items upon delivery. If anything is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty & Repair

  • Yes. Internal installations come with a 5–12 year warranty, depending on the specific film used. External installations
    come with a 3–10 year warranty. Please refer to your order or product listing for specific warranty durations.

  • While self-installed films are not covered by our installation warranty, the film still carries a life expectancy of 5–12 years (internal) and 3–10 years (external) if installed correctly.

  • Our warranty covers manufacturer defects, bubbling, peeling, discolouration, or cracking under normal usage and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external forces.

  • Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We’ll assess the claim and
    advise on the next steps.

  • In most cases, damaged film will need to be replaced rather than repaired. We can provide a quote for removal and reinstallation if required.

Returns & Refunds

  • Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unused, in original condition, and
    in its original packaging.

  • Custom or made-to-measure items, including pre-cut window tint kits, cut rolls, and any bespoke film orders, are
    non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Email us at support@evowrap.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  • No, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the
    original payment method.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
